Bicycles can be returned at time of pick-up only. After leaving the store with your assembled bicycle the sale is final. It’s up to the seller you purchased from to initiate the return. Restocking fee may apply.

We always recommend that a trained mechanic build your bike, but if you follow this guide and take your time, you can build the bike yourself. Always ask an experienced mechanic about any steps you're unsure of.

SE bikes ship partially assembled from the factory. We always recommend that a trained mechanic build your bike, but if you follow this guide and take your time, you can build the bike yourself.

Part of my issues are bike quality part is customer service. To be far I've purchased a lot of bikes over the years and normally through my local bike shops. I had none near me that carried s.e. and my son loved the white lil flyer .. so we purchased it against my reservations.. the bike sat for almost 3 amd a half weeks in the box .. and then christmas morning we open it and find some overall quality issues... now we reach out and decide to ask of we can send it back... bc of the holiday we went beyond our 30 day window to return the bike. .. ok I get it that's the rule.... but when asked if they would atleast supply the bottom bracket and crank parts that are malfunctioning from the box ... parts they installed .. the replay was take it to a bike shop pay for them to look it over and we may help cover any parts. So I have to pay a bike shop to look at the bike to look at brand new out of the box bike in order possible warranty parts. Not super impressed it is what it is but be wary and find a local bike shop before you buy so you can see quality and have local ppl to talk to.

Without having been provided any specifics or visibility to your issue, we have no way in idetifying the problem or the solution, without any regard to the validity of a manufacturer's defect claim. Rather than guess at the best solution, we asked that you work with a local shop, as we stand behind our retailers, local businesses, customers, and products, to identify the issue and submit a warranty claim on your behalf, if nothing could be done with the bike and parts as is. We also extended an additional customer service option if the first one did not meet your needs.

Got my son the blue and white, he loves it, I love it. Overall great bike and looooove the chrome also. Glad this will be the bike he remembers as his first!
