Unsatisfied

So, I bought the monster ripper for my son and he, like me are very unhappy I reached out right away via email and explained all the issues I was having and I’m still waiting for a response! First of all the tires are baby blue nothing like the picture. Second, since I wasn’t getting a response I took the bike to a bike shop due to the two piece crank and the brakes not working properly the guy said the 2 piece crank came defective, the two screws that hold it together don’t screw all the way and the one screw that goes in the middle kept coming off which the guy switched it but not completely fixed he said that was a temporary fix and to contact these people due to the fact that I needed to make an appointment ( which I’m waiting) he hurriedly looked at the brakes and said that they probably needed to be cleaned but he’s unsure due to the fact that he had not taken them apart also the front tire leans more to one side then the other no matter what! Not straight at all. this is ridiculous that I’ve spent so much money expecting to get good quality but not the case at all!! They need to have better inspection control before shipping out a bike!!!! I’m leaving a picture of what the tire’s actually look like.
